Cancellation
and Refund Policy: A 20% (of
total fees) handling and restocking
fee if materials are returned in
good condition 30 days prior to the
day one start of the originally
scheduled classroom training. A 50%
(of total fees) handling and
restocking fee if materials are
returned in good condition 14 days
prior to the day one start of the
originally scheduled classroom
training. NO REFUND if less than 14
days prior to the day one start
date, however the student may attend
future training subject to seating
availability. NOTICE OF
CANCELLATION MUST BE RECEIVED AT THE
ABOVE E-MAIL ADDRESS BEFORE
THE DATES LISTED ABOVE.
The Payment
Options available for the courses
are; Certified Check (preferred),
personal check, Visa or Master Card,
Certified Inspection Training does
not offer other payment options.
Payment for the courses desired and
shipping must be received in full
prior to shipping home study
materials. If you desire to apply
for a place in the course, please
e-mail or call for further
information.
If you desire to receive an
Information Letter that explains
some of the course information,
please complete the information
above and click on the "Submit
Application" button below to e-mail
the Information Request Form, or you
may print a copy of the form, answer
the questions, then mail it to
Inspection Training Northwest C/O
Jim Corbin, P.O. Box 7, Bow, WA,
98232. Upon receipt of your
request, the appropriate information
will be sent to you.
