of the course is
conducted in a casual
format encouraging

presentation covering

Inspection issues. Oral
marketing presentations
are also encouraged to
prepare the students for

retired Mechanical
Engineer from the
design, operation,
construction and
maintenance side of the
Petroleum Industry and
is a retired Lt.
Colonel in the USAF. He
has been a licensed
Professional Engineer in
Washington State since
1974 and is certified to
perform a variety of
home, structural and
property inspections,
Commercial Inspections,
Manufactured Home
Inspections and he is a
certified HUD 203(k)
Consultant for HUD/FHA
residential
rehabilitations. Jim is
past President, Vice
President and a member
of the Board of Director
for the
American Institute of
Inspectors and is a
Master Inspector. Jim
will lead the classes
offered at Inspection
Training Northwest.
